Captain Kenny Rebel 1998 APHA Black/White Homozygous Tobiano Stallion We are waiving the $150 Booking Fee if paid for by May 1st! WANT TO KNOW HOW MUCH? BREEDING FEE: $450, mare care not included. MARE CARE: $5 a day for dry mares, $10 a day for wet mares. PAYMENT: Breeding Fee is due upon drop-off of mare. Mare Care due upon pick-up. WORRIED THAT YOU MAY NOT BE SET UP FOR FOALING? We also offer foaling services. Your mare comes to our farm 1 week before her first expected due date and is here for 1 month. The mare is given a heavy-bedded, 12x12 box stall to foal in with daily monitored turn-out. We provide grain for your mare, consisting of Purina feeds of Equine Adult, Mare & Maintenance, and Omolene 200. If you would prefer your own grain that is fine with us, however you must provide it. The hay she is fed is a grass or alfalfa/grass mix. Again you can provide your own hay if you like. Once the foal is born we make sure that there is no retained placenta, that the foal is up and nursing, uses the bathroom, and we dip the navel with iodine. Cost: $300/month HOW DO I WEAN MY BABY? Weaning services are also available. You keep your mare at home and bring your weanling to us. We have a safe area to wean you little one in with a few buddies of his same age or we have a pony that we put them with if no one else.
